Mobility Patterns and Pattern Mining

You may be interested in the resources of ICDM 2010 Contest whose topic was directly in the area of mining mobility data. The competition is finished now and all the resources - data files, evaluation metrics, participants' predictions, Traffic Simulation Framework (the simulator used to generate data) - are published on the contest web page to enable post-challenge research, and can be freely downloaded.
